Mobilisation

The supply of labor, equipment, and materials for vessel mobilizations and demobilizations is a valuable asset of Open Sea. The team is capable of carrying out these tasks from any port in Germany, Denmark, Poland, and Norway, thanks to their technical expertise and state-of-the-art technology and machinery. This enables them to work seamlessly and maximize the performance of their clients' vessels, ultimately improving their business performance. Open Sea provides a range of services, from simple sea fastening installation to full main deck mobilization, vessel preparation, and vessel reinstatements after demobilization. These services are available for various offshore vessels, barges, and platforms. In addition to the above, Open Sea offers the following services

  • Prefabrication of sea fastening materials and structures.
  • Structural repairs of existing equipment or vessels.
  • Removal and reinstatement of decks as required.
  • The team can provide access to tanks and ensure that confined spaces are properly gas freed and approved.
  • Tank cleaning and removals.
  • Non-destructive testing (NDT) and load testing can be carried out by the team.

Mobilisation and demobilisation projects can either be carried out at Open Sea’s facilities in Poland, Port of Swinoujscie, or at another location that is convenient for the client.

Our mobilization team works closely with our offshore supply teams to prepare vessels with precision and safety as a top priority for project execution and fabrication & installation. 24Hrs & days a week, well-established vessel team available to mobilise at short-notice.
